This page explains whether Nsecapitalshop sells or shares personal information, what that means under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how you can opt out. We apply these choices to all of our customers in the United States. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean
A “sale” means making personal information available to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites, even when no money changes hands.
Other states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others, give residents the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and certain profiling.
Personal Information We Share and With Whom
When you browse our website, advertising and analytics cookies may make the following categories of personal information available:
- Online identifiers: cookie IDs, IP address, and device and browser information
- Internet activity: pages and products viewed, and interactions with our ads
- Commercial inferences: the types of products you appear to be interested in
This information may be received by Google Ads (advertising and ad measurement) and Google Analytics (website analytics). We do not share your name, email address, postal address, or payment information for advertising.
Service Providers (Not a Sale or Share)
We also disclose personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, only to operate our store. These disclosures are not a sale or share, and these providers may not use your information for their own purposes:
- PayPal — payment processing
- DigitalOcean Spaces — file and image storage
- OpenAI — processing on-site product search queries
- Telegram — order notifications to our staff
- Our email service provider (SMTP) — order and support emails
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) — delivering your orders
How to Opt Out
- Email: write to support@nsecapitalshop.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include the email address you used at checkout.
- Web form: use the form below and include “Do Not Sell or Share” in your message.
You do not need to create an account, and we do not require identity verification to opt out. We ask only for the information needed to process your request. We may decline a request only if we have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that it is fraudulent, and we will tell you why.
We act on opt-out requests as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them. If we shared your information with a third party after you submitted your request and before we processed it, we will notify that party of your opt-out and direct it to stop using the information.
Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide written permission signed by you.
Browser Opt-Out Preference Signals
Our website does not currently detect or respond to browser opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Please use email or the form above to opt out, and we will apply your choice.
What Happens After You Opt Out
We stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other websites. We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months, unless you ask us to.
Consumers Under 16
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We would do so only with prior opt-in consent: from the consumer if aged 13 to 15, or from a parent or guardian if under 13. Our website is not directed to children.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, so we do not offer a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link. Payment information is handled by PayPal.
Your Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend this once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing support@nsecapitalshop.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We respond within 60 days and explain our decision. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
No Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
